Heard Mr.B.Manoharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus to remove the seal made in petitioner's unit at 142, Rayokottai Road, HIDCO Colony, Hosur, Krishnagiri District made by the respondent herein vide proceedings dated 03.11.2014.

3. The counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent, from which it is seen that the seal affixed on the petitioner's manufacturing unit has been removed.

4. In the light of the above, no further orders are required and the Writ Petition is disposed of recording the subsequent event. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
