JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.5162 of 2022 IN CRL OP.305 of 2022 VIJAYKUMAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, BOMMIDI POLICE STATION, BOMMIDI, DHARMAPURI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.321 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition i.e the Petitiner shall report before the respondent police every on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.305/2022 dated 21.01.2022 and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.

GANDHI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 26.01.2022 till date and the charge sheet has not been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 21.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.305 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
