Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 26.01.2022 till date and the charge sheet has not been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 21.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.305 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
