OP.No. 25603/2021 dated 03.01.2022 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GANDHI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 05.01.2022 till date.
3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 03.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25603 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
