O R D E R

Ms.Vaitheeswari, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for R1 and R2 and states that she is armed with instructions to proceed with the matter. Hence, by consent expressed by both learned counsel, final orders are passed even at the stage of admission. In the light of the order that is passed, no notice is thought necessary to be issued to the private respondent arrayed as R3.

2. The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the first respondent to transfer the property tax register in his name in relation to the property at No.9, Barathiyar Street, Madhavaram, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Chennai-60. He has given a representation to the first respondent on 27.12.2019 received and acknowledged on 27.12.2019. Despite best efforts of the petitioner to have the same heard and disposed, there has been no success and hence the present writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws my attention to judgment and decree dated 30.04.2019 passed by the District Munsif Court, Thiruvottiyur in O.S.No.178 of 2011, wherein R3 in this writ petition is the plaintiff, and the petitioner is arrayed as defendant no. 4 along with other defendants. The suit was decreed against the plaintiff therein and in favour of the defendants. According to the petitioner, this judgment has attained finality.

4. My attention is also drawn to order dated 01.11.2019 passed in S.A.No.1044 of 2019, which has been filed by Jayaraman, one of the defendants in O.S.No.178 of 2011 filed as against the decree and judgment in O.S.No.254 of 2008, dismissing the second appeal filed by that appellant.

5. Let the above documents be taken into consideration by the first respondent along with representation filed by the petitioner and the petitioner heard on Friday, the 30th of April, 2021 at 10.30 a.m. without awaiting any further notice in this regard. Let notice be issued forthwith to R3 to enable her appearance before the respondent on the same date.

6. With these directions, this writ petition is disposed. No costs.
