Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 1st respondent. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 06.04.2017 for transfer of patta in the name of Syed Ali within a time frame.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given a representation as early as on 06.04.2017 for transfer of patta, the 1st respondent has not passed any order so far.

4.Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2017 for transfer of patta and pass orders, after giving notice to all the interested parties within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
