Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition i.e. The Petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2365/2022 dated 03.02.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GANDHI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2365 of 2022, dated 03.02.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that he shall report once in a week, instead of, on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
