O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 20.05.2015 lodged by the petitioner before the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint dated 20.05.2015 given by the petitioner in CSR 393 of 2015 and the same was closed on 12.07.2015 on the ground that the petitioner did not cooperate with the enquriy.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is always willing and ready to cooperative with the enquiry.

5. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
