This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondents as Respondent Nos.3 and 4 in the above writ petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, W.M.P.No.9407 of 2022 is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take notice through Court as well as privately to the newly impleaded Respondent Nos.3 and 4, returnable in three weeks.

5. Post the matter after three weeks.
