The prayer sought in this contempt petition is to to punish the respondent for having committed wilful disobedience of the orders dated 20.09.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.18203 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18203 of 2021 dated 20.09.2023 has been complied by the respondent on 01.07.2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction submitted that the petitioner has also received a copy of the compliance report.
