PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2019 and to pass orders.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.08.2019, wherein, the petitioner has sought for patta with regard to the subject property.

2.The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the subject property by virtue of two Sale Deeds dated 17.03.2019 and 11.08.2019 and the petitioner submitted an application seeking for patta in the year 2019. The petitioner was directed to clarify certain omissions and also to rectify the survey Numbers. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application is kept pending by the second respondent without passing any orders. The present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner on 04.01.2019 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the documents and a copy of the application dated 04.01.2019 and also a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
