ORDER

Alleging that a public servant by name Kothandam has illegally taken the family card, the petitioner gave a representation on 20.04.2015. As the same has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, the petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representation dated 20.04.2015 along https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with a copy of this order to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 20.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
