This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register case based on the complaint dated 03.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No. 463 of 2015 and that, summons were issued to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police.

4. Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the investigation. The respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the enquiry in CSR.No.463 of 2015 and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
