Subasankareswari .. Respondent Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to issue direction to the learned III Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.4290 of 2015 which is pending on his file, expeditiously.
For petitioner : Mr.C.Sangamithirai
ORDER
The revision petitioner-husband divorced the respondent-wife. Hence, the respondent-wife filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in H.M.O.P.No.4290 of 2015 before the III Additional Family Court, Chennai. It is the grievance of the petitioner-husband that the respondentwife is not co-operating for trial in the said H.M.O.P. She took many adjournments only to drag on the proceedings. The adjournments are
evident from the docket orders filed along with the H.M.O.P., which is filed in this C.R.P. Hence, the petitioner prays for early disposal of the said H.M.O.P. Taking into consideration the fact that the H.M.O.P. is pending without adjudication for many hearings and also taking into account the grievance expressed by the petitioner-husband, this Court directs the learned III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.4290 of 2015, on or before 30.09.2017. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 21.02.2017 cs Copy to The III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.
