This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents in the above complaint dated 15.06.2015 to investigate and register a complaint under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that on a complaint given by one David Raja against the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR.No. 77 of 2015 is pending, in which, the petitioner appeared before the respondent police and gave an undertaking that he will amicably settle all the issues with David Raja. After giving such an undertaking, the petitioner has given a complaint in person as a counter blast.

4. In view of the above, no positive direction can be issued. Hence, the petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
