The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate steps to collect the amount from the 3rd respondent with 15% compound interest without further delay as per the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings of Asst Commissioner of Labour,Chennai in certificate No.D1 9654/2009 PG.113/08 dated 29.12.2009 and pay the collected amount to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents informed this Court that the amount of interest as claimed by the writ petitioner has been settled in favour of the writ petitioner and the same was communicated to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner. Accordingly, the grievances of the writ petitioner is redressed and no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the ground raised in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs.
