O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on a complaint given by one Madhesh, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.166/2015. Under such circumstances, no blanket orders of not to harass can be passed. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

himself to the respondent police for interrogation and enquiry. It is made clear that this order will not shield if the petitioner is involved in cognizable offence.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
