O R D E R

This revision arises against the order of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing Cases - II, Periamet, Chennai - 600 003 rejecting the remand of R.Akilan, A4, in Crime No.249 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Perusal of the order under challenge informs that on perusal of the records in the case, the Court below has been of the view that the second respondent is only a subsequent purchaser and as regards him, the matter may be civil in nature and hence, considered it unnecessary to remand the second respondent into custody.

3.Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor for first respondent and learned counsel for second respondent.

4. This Court finds no reason to interfere with findings of the Court below. The Criminal Revision is dismissed. The observation of matter being civil in nature is to be read as limited to the order refusing remand under the order under challenge.
