This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case dated 17.06.2015 under the provisions of Indian Penal Code and the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondnet.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Gayathri against her husband, petition enquiry in CSR.No.141 of 2015 is pending.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to send the complaint to Social Welfare Officer for enquiry and take action in accordance with law thereafter.
