O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.39959 of 2016 dated 15.11.2016, in and by which, this Court has directed respondents to disburse the retiral benefits to the petitioner herein, in twelve equal monthly instalments.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, learned standing counsel for respondents, submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with by respondent. However, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that only gratuity, Pension Commutation and Leave Salary has been paid and respondents has not paid Social Welfare Fund, IRT amount, CRBS Pension, 12(3) Settlement Arrears, Pension Arrears and D.A.Arrears.

Recording the submissions made by learned standing counsel for respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the respondents for payment of the amount, which has not been paid.
