O R D E R
The contempt application is filed against the order passed by this Court on 22.07.2016 in W.P.No.25547 of 2016. The following direction are issued in Paragraph.6. It is relevant to extract the same: Paragraph No.6 Considering the above submissions, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as eligible, as expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.
2. Pursuant to the direction, the respondents considered the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.06.2016 and forwarded the proposal in proceedings dated 03.02.2017 and 06.02.2017. It is now for the Accountant General of Tamil Nadu to issue suitable orders on the proposals submitted.
3. Thus, the direction issued to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2016, is complied with by the respondents and no further adjudication, in this contempt application is required accordingly, contempt application stands closed. However, no order as to costs.
