Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2021 for sanctioning of annual increments to the petitioner in the post of Assistant from the year 2001 to 2007 and accordingly to refix his pay in the post of Assistant Manager and to pay revised retirement benefits.
