ORDER

Heard Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to issue Legal Heirship Certificate including the petitioner's name as per his representation dated 07.01.2015. 3.The petitioner had made a representation dated 07.01.2015 to the respondent seeking for issuance of Legal Heirship Certificate and the same is pending without any orders being passed. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing this writ petition.

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the competent authority is the Tahsildar, Mambalam-Guindy Taluk, the respondent herein, who has to consider the petitioner's request. 5.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

application before the Tahsildar, Mambalam-Guindy Taluk, along with a copy of this order and if the same is filed, the said application shall be considered by the respondent herein, in accordance with law.

6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
