ORDER
The prayer sought for in the present petition is to set aside the returned endorsement made by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Thiruvallur and to release the vehicle Hyundai Xcent CRDI BSIV bearing Registration No.TN22 DF 8616, (Chasis No.MALA741DLHM258926) and Engine No.D3FAHM329534 seized by the 2nd respondent in Crime No.615 to the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) produced a copy of the confiscation proceedings dated 17.08.2017. After confiscation order was passed, it would not be appropriate for this Court to direct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
return of the vehicle. It is always open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum seeking return of vehicle. With the above observation the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
