The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.6(b) of the order dated 13.02.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2100 of 2023 while granting bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this Court vide order dated 24.02.2023, dismissed the petitioner's criminal miscellaneous petition and the petitioner was directed to stay at Kanniyakumari and appeared before the Kanniaykumari Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months. He would further submit that the petitioner/accused has been complying with the condition by appearing before Kanyakumari Town Police Station from the date of 28.02.2023. Hence, he seeks modification.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and the submissions made by 1/3

the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition to the effect that " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30a.m., for a period of two months". All other conditions remain intact.

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
