This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2307 of 2024 dated 07.02.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for further period of 30 days and thereafter, shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks.
