This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.767 of 2023 on 12.01.2023 to report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
