This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2020.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that on 31.05.2021, the 2nd respondent/Land Acquisition Officer has passed an award. That apart, the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2020 was also considered and disposed of on 26.04.2021.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. No costs. If the petitioner has any grievance over the same, it is always open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
