This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Sathyamangalam Police Station, Erode District, the respondent herein to complete the investigation and file the final report in respect of Crime No.649 of 2021 in accordance with law.
2.Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the investigation in Crime No.649 of 2021 will be completed soon and the respondent will be able to file the final report within a period of six months.
3.Recording the same, direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.649 of 2021, pending on the file of the Respondent and file the final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
within a period of six months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
