CMP.No.6473 of 2022 in S.A.No.221 of 2012 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to permit the petitioners/respondents to file the certified copy of the A-Register of the year 1937 and the FMB Sketch of the year 1969 as additional documents. A copy of the petition has also been served on the learned counsel for the appellants.

2.In the considered view of this Court, these additional documents are public documents which are very much required for the purpose of deciding the actual dispute in question in the present case. 3.In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the additional documents are marked as Exs.B5 and B6.

4.The learned counsel appearing on either side shall make their submissions after taking into consideration the additional documents that have been entertained by this Court.
