The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Declaration declaring the auction sale conducted dated 09.03.2023 in lieu of Na.Ka.No.28901/2013/11 issued by the 1st respondent as null and void.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
