(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 6 submits that pursuant to the representation dated 29.05.2015 made by the petitioner, an order has been passed on 09.6.2015.
3. In view of the above said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. According, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous reserving liberty to the
petitioner to take re-course to the appropriate forum questioning the said order, if so advised, under the provisions of law. Consequently, M.P. No. 1 of 2015 is dismissed. No costs.
