This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the complaint made by the petitioner on 14.08.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.08.2014, petition enquiry in CSR.No.555 of 2014 was conduced and the same was closed in the year 2014. 4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
