Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by the order by this Hon`ble court dated 27.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.858 of 2022 that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the Every Friday at 10.30a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ANANDARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 04.02.2022 to till date and the charge sheet is not filed. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 27.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.858 of 2022, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a.m., until further orders, stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
