O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein to register a FIR on the petitioners complaint dated 04.02.2015 pending in CSR No. 15 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that petition enquiry in CSR.No. 15 of 2015 is pending on the file of the respondent police. It is the allegation of the petitioner that during the pendency of Matrimonial proceedings, her husband got remarried. An offence of bigamy is non - cognizable. Hence, no positive direction can be given to register the F.I.R. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy, in the manner known to law.
