ORDER
Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 28.11.2017. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation seeking for issuance of patta in his favour has not been considered by the respondents so far. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
