Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal No.661/2017 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend that sentence imposed on the petitioner and enlarge him on bail by the Learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore in S.C.No.173 of 2015 dated 20.04.2017 and release the petitioner on bail pending in C.A.No.661 of 2017.

Appeal No.661/2017 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of G.VINODH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAVICHANDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays the leave of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. He also made a request to expedite the appeal.

The Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.Ravichandran, learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the State. In the light of the submission and endorsement made by

the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
