ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit was dismissed for default on 03.03.2022 and application for restoration is pending.

2. In view of the dismissal of the suit as early as 03.03.2022, the Civil Revision Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to restore the same in case the suit is restored to the file. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
