ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Criminal Revision case to set aside the order dated 31.08.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3220 of 2015 in C.A.No.45 of 2015 in so far as the deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- is concerned.

2. This Revision Case is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Aggrieved by the order in C.C.No.17 of 2012 dated 05.08.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate(FTC), Vellore, C.A.No.45/2015 has been filed and subsequently, Crl.M.P.No.3220 of 2015 was also filed, wherein the petitioner has prayed to suspend the sentence imposed by the Judicial Magistrate(FTC) Vellore. Accordingly, vide order dated 31.08.2015, the Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore has suspended the sentence till the disposal of the appeal, on condition that the petitioner has to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Vellore and on further condition that the petitioner should deposit Rs.1,00,000/- before the trial Court.

4. I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Sessions court.

5. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the petitioner may be granted 2 months time to comply with the order passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore.

6. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakhs only) within a period of 6 weeks from today.

7. With the above observation, this Criminal Revision is disposed of.
