Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for records with respondent of the proceedings of the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 10.12.2015 in Se.Mu.No. 6122/P2/2015 based on the resolution dated 09.12.2015 convened on the 2nd respondent and quash the same consequently direct the 1st respondent to approve the name of the R.Viswanathan as Secretary / Correspondent of the petitioner school.
