Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from discontinuing the petitioner from operating COCO retail outlet run by her nominee situated at IBP Auto Services, S.No.274/4 Part of No.137, Velacherry, Chennai and further direct the respondents to supply the petroleum products till the expiry of the period of lease, viz., 28.02.2015 executed by the petitioner and other land owners in favour of the respondentCompany during the subsistence of the lease period.
