The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to file the final report in FIR No.365 of 2017 dated 28.10.2017 pending before the respondent within a time frame and furnish the copy of the same to the petitioner.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in FIR No.365 of 2017 will be completed soon and the respondent will be able to file the final report within a period of six months.

3. Recording the same, direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.365 of 2017, pending on the file of the Respondent and file the final report within a period of six months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
