O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition is directed against the re-location of Tasmac shop No.7251 in Guruvakkadu, Pudhuchampalli, Veerakkalpudur Town Panchayat, Mettur Dam-3, Salem District. 2.Learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submits that the shop has been closed, in view of objections of the people of the neighbourhood and the shop shall not be reopened at the same site. 3.In view of such submission, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.13624 of 2017 is closed.
