ORDER

The petitioner seeks a mandamus to the second respondent to consider the his representation dated 13.02.2026 for compassionate appointment. 2.

On perusal of the affidavit and documents, it would indicate that the father of the petitioner had passed away on 04.10.2014. The application for compassionate appointment had been made on 18.08.2017 and the same was rejected by order dated 28.08.2017. Without challenging the same, the petitioner had submitted a fresh application on 18.11.2019, which was ultimately rejected on 13.10.2020. This order was also not challenged and the petitioner has now submitted yet another application on 13.02.2026 seeking compassionate appointment.

This writ petition is nothing but an abuse of process of Court. Without challenging the rejection order, the petitioner seeks a fresh mandamus and such a relief cannot be granted.
