Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.161/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed in S.C.No.98 of 2017 dated 28.02.2017 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.Appeal.[IN CRL.MP.NO.4311 OF 2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.161/2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.RAVICHANDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
