This miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead the Manager and Correspondent of the Native Primary School at Kumbakonam.

2. Since it is contended that the said respondent is required to adjudicate the issue raised in this writ petition, this miscellaneous petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title to the writ petition reflecting the porposed respondent as th respondent.
