Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the second respondent order dated 6.12.2014 made in proceeding No.1341/2014E and quash the same. ORDER
The order of suspension, issued by the second respondent in proceedings dated 6.12.2014, is under challenge in this writ petition.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, a charge memo was issued and enquiry proceedings were conducted and a punishment was imposed on the writ petitioner. Thus, the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner had been concluded and therefore, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the order of suspension, which is under challenge in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
