Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order bearing Lr.No.306/COE/C23/2010 dated 31.03.2016 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, in-operative in law and further directing to the 1st respondent to issuance of mark sheets of all semesters and Degree certificates.
