Crl.M.P.No.4666 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2941 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2941 of 2023 dated 09.02.2023 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2941 of 2023 dated 09.02.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
