Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para 4 imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.631/2021 in Crl.OP.No.19529/2020 order dated 27.01.2021 in Cr.No.706/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GANESHA MOORTHY B., Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19529 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 448, 427, 465, 467, 468, 417, 420, 406 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.706 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month at 10.30 A.M. until further orders. This petition is ordered.
