(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that efflux of time, the relief claimed may not be effective. He submits that keeping the right of the petitioner open to agitate under the IBC, the matter be disposed of.
2. In the light of that, the revision petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to seek redressal under the IBC, as may be permissible under law. There will be no order as to costs.
